It requires a multidisciplinary perspective and an eye for detail. As a permits management advisor, you find this precisely exciting.

As a permits management advisor, you coordinate various conditioning studies and planning products, determine the approach for a smooth permit application process, and write the applications. You are involved in the entire lifecycle of a project: from the quotation through to execution and evaluation with the client. To execute these projects well, you work closely with colleagues both within and outside our team, but you also independently manage contact with competent authorities and clients. You direct junior colleagues and guide them in their development.
You have both an affinity and experience with spatial procedures and regulations as well as with (large-scale) spatial developments. That is precisely where our strength lies: translating (spatial) possibilities into practical solutions for our clients, for projects on the boundary between planning and execution.
