Do you want to work on projects that actually contribute to a more sustainable built environment, while you further develop yourself as an advisor? Then we would love to meet you.

At SGS Search, we work daily on a sustainable built environment. From our team of specialists, we advise property owners, investors, housing corporations, governments, and companies on their sustainability ambitions. Due to the increasing attention to ESG, CO₂ reduction, and laws and regulations, the demand for independent and practical advice is growing. As a Junior Sustainability & Energy Advisor, you will work on diverse issues in the field of sustainability, energy performance, and future-proof real estate. In doing so, you will deal with topics such as energy labels, sustainability certifications, CO₂ reduction, laws and regulations, and sustainability strategies for existing buildings. You will combine desk research with on-site inspections and translate technical information into clear and actionable advice.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues who enjoy sharing their knowledge, but you will simultaneously be given the space to take on projects independently and take on increasing responsibility. This allows you to further develop yourself into a fully qualified advisor within a field that is constantly in motion.
