Step in as a Project Manager at TJIP in a world where digitalization is constantly in motion. You ensure that complex software projects for our clients within financial services are successfully realized. You bring structure, maintain oversight, and ensure that the client, team, and stakeholders know where they stand.

TJIP develops digital solutions for organizations within, among others, Insurance, Mortgages, Pensions, and Asset Management. As a Project Manager, you will work within our Insurance sector on projects for leading clients.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for organizing, guiding, and successfully realizing software projects. You monitor planning, budget, quality, and risks, and ensure clear communication towards clients and internal teams.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading complex software projects from start to delivery.

• Drafting and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and results.

• Translating agreements with clients into concrete and achievable project plans.

• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and monitoring dependencies.

• Identifying and managing risks, bottlenecks, and changes.

• Ensuring clear communication with clients and other stakeholders.

• Monitoring quality, progress, and made agreements.

• Guiding strategic and organization-wide projects.

• Contributing to the further development and professionalization of project management within TJIP.

You maintain oversight in a complex environment, bring structure, and get people on board without having to be a formal manager. You understand both the interests of the client and those of the development team and know how to bring them together.
