Sports Project Leader

As Sports Project Leader Maastricht, you are the driving force behind these projects in your region. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the first conversation to the final invoice. Thanks to your leadership and organizational talent, you deliver projects within the set deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. You are also responsible for the construction of the sports fields, project registration, monthly financial reports, and internal and external evaluations. In addition to your organizational talent, you possess commercial skills. For example, you will also prepare quotes and plans of approach.

• Leading sports projects, from construction to renovation and maintenance of sports fields;

• Ensuring the project team works together smoothly and achieves its goals;

• Solving bottlenecks smartly and acting quickly in unexpected situations;

• Being responsible for financial reports and evaluations with the team and clients;

• Stakeholder management with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers;

• Building your own client network and securing great assignments yourself.
