You lead projects from initiative to completion and work on green outdoor spaces that visibly contribute to a more sustainable Netherlands. From roof gardens and facade greenery to complete site developments and high-quality outdoor spaces around residential, work, and recreational areas.

You will receive a lot of freedom, responsibility, and the space to make a real impact.

No standard projects, no standard days.

From the very first project phase, you are involved in the development and realization of diverse projects within the green living environment. You contribute ideas on the best approach, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are executed successfully.

You are the connecting factor between the client, execution, suppliers, and colleagues. You maintain an overview, make decisions, and ensure that all stakeholders work together towards the same result.

What you will concretely do:

• You lead projects from initiative to completion;

• You manage project teams and monitor planning, quality, and finances;

• You maintain relationships with clients and expand them further;

• You see opportunities for new projects and follow-up assignments;

• You ensure safe and successful execution.

You get energy from realizing projects that deliver visible results. You maintain an overview, know how to connect people, and feel comfortable in an environment where many things happen at once.

In addition, you possess:

• HBO working and thinking level;

• Experience leading projects within a technical or project-based environment;

• Driving license B.
