Expert Project Supervisor (DLP)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Expert Project Supervisor (DLP or R-DLP) to strengthen our team. As a DLP, you are the linchpin in the safe and successful execution of soil remediation projects. You maintain the overview and ensure that all activities are carried out according to the highest safety and hygiene standards. Together with the safety specialist, project manager, and site manager, you create a working environment where safety always comes first and top-quality results are delivered.

What do you do as an Expert Project Supervisor (DLP) at Antea Group?

• Supervising safety and hygiene according to the safety plan, so that everyone can work safely;

• Taking responsibility for the success of soil remediation projects, whereby you ensure accurate execution;

• Maintaining logs and accurately completing the project safety checklist, so that all documentation is correct;

• Reporting accidents and incidents immediately, both internally and to the emergency services. Your alertness ensures a safe working environment;

• Making safety instructions and emergency procedures visible and keeping them up to date at every location;

• Sharing information about safety with your team and other stakeholders, so that everyone starts their work well-informed.

• MBO level of work and thinking, preferably in a technical direction;

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;

• A valid VCA certificate, so that you know how to create a safe working environment;

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude, so that you can work both independently and in a team.
