As a Work Preparer Small Projects and Service, you are the connecting link between customers, technicians, suppliers, and the internal organization. You ensure that everything is well-arranged technically and organizationally, so that service activities and small projects can be carried out efficiently and according to schedule.

As a Work Preparer Small Projects and Service, you ensure that projects and service activities are well-prepared technically and organizationally. You are the first point of contact for the technicians on a technical level.

Your duties include

• Determining the material requirements per project or service order;

• Developing practical technical detailed solutions;

• Assessing whether materials and components meet the technical specifications;

• Planning and ordering materials, equipment, and tools;

• Monitoring delivery times and coordinating with suppliers;

• Drafting work instructions and estimating time expenditure;

• Preparing calculations and quotes for small projects and service activities;

• Supporting project leaders with administrative tasks;

• Booking orders and recording price agreements;

• Temporarily replacing the Service and Small Projects Coordinator during absences.
