As a wound care nurse within Amarosa, you are the specialist in the field of complex wound care. You look not only at the wound, but especially at the client. What is needed and how can we work together to ensure the best possible quality of life? Within Amarosa, you work in a team of three colleagues.

You will do this by:

• Independently performing complex wound care, assessing wounds, and creating treatment plans;

• Taking charge of the wound care process and coordinating care effectively with clients, loved ones, and involved healthcare professionals;

• Collaborating closely with, among others, GPs, hospitals, pharmacies, medical supply providers, and colleagues in district nursing and in our nursing homes;

• Advising, instructing, and coaching colleagues in complex wound care;

• Contributing to the development and quality of wound care within Amarosa, including by giving clinical lessons.

You are an expert nurse who enjoys working independently, but finds collaboration at least as important. You know how to convey your knowledge in a pleasant and clear manner and enjoy thinking along about how care can constantly improve.
