Procurement Traineeship

Our two-year Traineeship program teaches you how to advise companies in the field of procurement and contract management. You will gain experience with top clients, work on challenging procurement issues, and learn how to strategically guide your client toward cost savings and improved processes. As a Trainee, you will receive intensive guidance to execute challenging procurement projects at clients. Although you will often work on-site at the client, you are never alone. You will quickly learn to work as a full-fledged consultant and will receive the responsibility to act independently, with support from experienced coaches and fellow consultants.

Additionally, from day one, you will be assigned a fixed buddy (an experienced trainee) whom you can easily approach with all your questions.

Furthermore, you will regularly see your Adjust colleagues during joint trainee days and Business Unit days at our office. This allows you to get to know the organization quickly and enables you to transition effortlessly into a permanent career within one of our Business Units after completing your traineeship.

• Recently graduated (bachelor or master) with an interest in procurement or contract management.

• Strong analytical and communicative skills.

• Interest in working for different clients and sectors.

• Proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

You will start in the Adjust Traineeship Program with a one-year contract, with the explicit intention to extend this upon mutual success for the remainder of the Traineeship and a permanent role thereafter.

• A training budget for two years of €5,000/year;

• A 32+8 work week, in which you spend 8 hours weekly on your professional and personal development;

• Participation in the Adjust Academy; Personal and professional guidance, including coaching by certified coaches;

• A close group of trainees with whom you share experiences, undertake activities, and go on fun trips;

• A base salary of € 3,000 gross per month based on 40 hours. With a completed master's degree, you will start at € 3,150 gross per month. Additionally, you can count on fixed salary steps that grow along with your development;

• An electric lease car (also for private use), a mobility budget, or an NS Business Card (also for private use);

• The possibility to work from abroad for a maximum of two consecutive weeks once a year (workation);

• 25 vacation days, with the possibility to buy or sell a maximum of 5 extra-legal days annually;
