Procurement Intern - Minor Hotels - Coperama Benelux

Within Coperama Benelux, we are looking for an intern to provide administrative support to the entire Benelux team. You will be part of a global team with colleagues in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and South America. You will report to the Senior Purchasing Manager of Coperama Benelux.

As a Procurement Assistant, you will work closely with the experienced Procurement team in the regional Benelux office in Hoofddorp. The main goals of the Procurement team are achieving savings, negotiating and closing contracts, maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers, implementing corporate contracts, and supporting the hotels with procurement issues.

• Administrative processing of supplier and item data in the purchasing systems of various clients;
• Supporting the execution of (online) tender processes and e-auctions;
• Performing supplier, item analysis, and price comparisons;
• Providing direct support to the Purchasing Manager and Business Development team during client visits to promote procurement by clients from Coperama suppliers;
• Compiling and maintaining catalogs for the online Marketplace where suppliers offer their products and services.

• A gross internship allowance of € 750 per month, always paid on time;

• Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or Hotel Management

• Duration: At least 20 weeks for 4 or 5 days per week

• Work experience: Basic

• Characteristics: A team player, eager to learn, well-organized, proactive, decisive, numerical insight

• Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Language skills: Dutch, English and preferably French

• Start: Q3 2026
