NFR Procurement Intern

During this internship, you will support the Procurement & Quality team with various operational, administrative, and analytical tasks. You will manage the mailbox, answer questions from internal stakeholders, and ensure the correct processing of contracts, administrative data, and documentation. Additionally, you will support the recording and management of contracts, search for information in various systems, and keep data up-to-date and complete. You will work closely with colleagues and suppliers, participate in meetings, take minutes, and assist in the follow-up of actions and ongoing procurement processes. You will also collect and analyze data, contribute to reports, and investigate possibilities to further optimize processes. In doing so, you will get the chance to work on various procurement projects within areas such as logistics, marketing, HR, and IT. As you grow in the role, you will receive increasing responsibility and the opportunity to take on projects independently.

• You are pursuing a HBO or WO degree in the direction of Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Procurement Management, or a similar field of study and are looking for a working internship starting in February 2027.
• You are available at least 4 days per week, of which 3 days are in the office, and you will remain enrolled at an educational institution throughout the internship period.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, and are a strong communicator when collaborating with various stakeholders.
• You work accurately, easily maintain an overview of administrative processes and documentation, and quickly master digital systems. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
• You are analytical, proactive, and independent, you dare to take initiative, and you enjoy investigating and improving data, processes, and results.
