Requirements

What we're looking for

A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or Technical Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in contract management within construction and/or infrastructure.
Ability to quickly map out the interests and priorities of stakeholders.
An entrepreneurial attitude and a sharp eye for quality and detail.
Good command of the Dutch language

Nice to have

Experience with (European) tenders is a plus.
Knowledge of UAV(GC) and System-oriented Contract Management (SCB) is a plus.

What you'll do

As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for the strategic drafting, successful tendering/procurement, proactive management, and continuous optimization of contracts. You ensure that all agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations and that risks are minimized. You work closely with technical experts, legal advisors, and project teams (IPM roles), where you think along strategically about issues and actively contribute to process improvements.

Thanks to the diversity of projects, you can work on both the client and contractor sides, which ensures a dynamic and varied role in which your expertise is fully utilized.

What will you do as a Contract Manager?

You can count on versatile projects, such as:

The construction of sustainable mobility solutions, such as bicycle highways or electric charging infrastructure.
Complex urban infrastructure projects, for example, the redesign of busy traffic arteries or inner-city area development.
Large construction projects where different disciplines come together, such as bridges, tunnels, roads, dikes, water treatment plants, pumping stations, or utility construction.
