For our projects, we are looking for a (Senior) Construction Site Manager. A decisive builder who maintains and preserves the overview, knows how to motivate people, and ensures that projects are realized safely, according to schedule, and with the desired quality.

As a (Senior) Construction Site Manager, you are the primary point of contact on the construction site. You ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done and that the work is carried out safely, qualitatively, and according to schedule.

You provide daily leadership to employees, subcontractors, and suppliers and are responsible for the progress of the project during the execution phase.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Organizing and managing the daily activities on the construction site.

• Coordinating employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitoring planning, quality, safety, and progress.

• Identifying bottlenecks and making timely adjustments where necessary.

• Supervising compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

• Coordinating with work preparation, project management, and external stakeholders.

• Monitoring efficient construction site logistics within complex urban projects.

• Creating a safe, professional, and positive working environment.

You are the one who ensures that plans become reality.
