Requirements
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of work experience as a consultant or in the facilities field is a plus;
Naturally proactive and solution-oriented, with a demonstrable affinity for facilities and/or procurement services, preferably in the healthcare sector;
Commercially sensitive with a preference for having a relevant network;
You are result-oriented, proficient in project management, and can communicate effectively to connect different interests and persuasively arrive at solutions.
Good command of the Dutch language

The role
As a consultant at Adjust Facilitair, you play a crucial role in supporting our clients and delivering high-quality facilities expertise. You will work within various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, and Government.
You will deal with challenging facilities (management) issues characterized by complexity, change, and impact. You advise at strategic and tactical levels, implement effectively, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. You are capable of taking on projects ranging from housing and ICT to facilities services. Making connections with the primary process and employing an integrated process approach are essential in this role. You identify opportunities, leverage them, and create added value. Your approach is characterized by ownership, inventiveness, and authenticity.
What you'll do
Independently advising, executing, and implementing facilities issues.
Acting as a sparring partner for colleagues and clients.
Executing assignments at tactical and strategic levels.
What do you bring?
A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Facilities Management.
