Do you want to discover how you can positively influence behavior and collaboration within an organization? As a People & Culture intern at KLM Engine Services, you will help contribute to a work environment where employees enjoy working and build a strong organizational culture together.

You will join the People & Culture Program, which is committed to being a "Great Place to Work" at KLM Engine Services. You will work together with the Program Lead People & Culture and will be involved in, among other things:

• Guiding and facilitating team sessions in which the core values of KLM Engine Services are central.
• Supporting teams and managers in stimulating desired behavior and a consistent way of working together.
• Coaching first-line managers during feedback sessions and peer review moments.
• Monitoring the progress and follow-up of trajectories and events.
• Identifying what is happening and thinking along about appropriate interventions.

You will work at KLM Engine Services at Schiphol-Oost. This business unit is part of KLM Engineering & Maintenance and focuses on the maintenance and repair of aircraft engines.

Together with Air France Industries, KLM is a leading player in the global aircraft maintenance industry. In addition to the KLM and Air France fleets, the organization maintains aircraft, engines, and components for approximately 200 customers worldwide.

Within Engine Services, ownership, flexibility, and collaboration are central. Employees take responsibility for their work, continuously improve, and work together as one Team Engines.

You are an HBO bachelor student in Applied Psychology, Social Work, Change Management, Human Resource Management, or a similar field of study. Additionally:

• You are curious about human behavior and what moves people and teams.

• You are proactive, energetic, and a true team player.
• You can bring calm to a dynamic environment and you love to roll up your sleeves.
• You understand the challenges of behavior in an operational environment.

• You communicate clearly and motivatingly.
• You take initiative and enjoy working on your own development and that of others.
• You like to build sustainable relationships with colleagues at different levels and within different parts of the organization.
