Are you a customer-oriented service advisor with a passion for cars and workshop organization? At Nefkens Nieuwegein Parkerbaan, you are the first point of contact for customers who need maintenance, repairs, or MOT services. You schedule appointments, advise on repairs and maintenance, and ensure that every car is ready for the customer safely and on time. No two days are the same, and your service truly makes the difference.

As a service advisor at Nefkens Nieuwegein Parkerbaan:

• Coordinating workshop planning and maintenance: you manage the workshop schedule and ensure that maintenance and repairs run efficiently.
• Advising on car maintenance and repairs: you clearly explain to customers which repairs are necessary and advise on accessories, warranties, and maintenance services.
• Administration of work orders and invoices: you create quotes, work orders, and invoices and keep customer files neatly organized.
• Contact with customers and mechanics: you are the point of contact for customers, mechanics, and suppliers and ensure a smooth workflow throughout the workday.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction: you ensure that every customer leaves the workshop satisfied and returns to Nefkens for service and maintenance.

You are friendly, have strong communication skills, and are customer-oriented. You can maintain a good overview and plan effectively, even in a hectic and busy environment. You switch easily between different tasks, remain calm under pressure, and keep priorities clear. You help colleagues where necessary, actively think along about the work process, and enjoy advising customers on maintenance, repairs, and service.
