Service Advisor Traineeship

During this traineeship, you will learn how a modern workshop operates and develop yourself into a professional service advisor within the automotive industry. You will work together with experienced colleagues, receive excellent guidance, and learn how to advise customers, manage schedules, and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.

During the service advisor traineeship at Nefkens:

• You welcome customers and ensure a professional and hospitable reception;
• You schedule appointments for maintenance, repairs, and MOT inspections;
• You advise customers on services, maintenance, and mobility;
• You keep customers informed about the progress of their car;
• You work closely with mechanics, service advisors, and the workshop manager;
• You learn how a modern workshop is managed and how to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.

No two days are the same. You switch frequently between customers, planning, and colleagues, and learn how to combine service, commerce, and organization within the automotive sector.

You are social, have strong communication skills, and make contact with people easily. You enjoy an environment where many things happen at once and know how to maintain an overview, even when it is busy. You are eager to learn, think in solutions, and want to develop yourself within the automotive industry. Additionally, you have an interest in mobility, service, and customer experience, and you like to take responsibility.
