Service Advisor Ford/Dongfeng Houten

You are the first point of contact for customers bringing in or picking up their cars at Ford/Dong Feng Houten. You ensure a welcoming reception, help customers with their questions, and handle administrative tasks such as quotes, invoices, and scheduling. Together with mechanics, service advisors, and other colleagues, you ensure smooth and professional handling.

• You are hospitable, customer-friendly, and service-oriented;
• You possess good interpersonal skills and communicate easily with customers and colleagues;
• Experience as a receptionist within the automotive industry is a plus;
• You have an interest in cars and technology;
• You work efficiently, accurately, and maintain an overview during busy moments;
• You are stress-resistant and remain professional;
• You enjoy working together with mechanics, service advisors, and other colleagues;
• You think in a solution-oriented manner and focus on possibilities;
• You are eager to learn and want to continue developing yourself;
• You can work well with various computer programs;
• Being available full-time is a plus.
