The role
As a Senior Sales Advisor Commercial Vehicles & Passenger Cars at Ford Gouda, you play an important role in the growth of our sales activities.
You advise entrepreneurs, freelancers, and fleet managers regarding Ford Commercial Vehicles and contribute ideas for custom solutions, leasing, and financing.
Additionally, you assist private customers with the purchase of new and used Ford and Suzuki passenger cars.
You guide the entire sales process, actively follow up on leads, and build sustainable customer relationships and a strong regional network.
Your influence and involvement
You have demonstrable, multi-year experience as a Sales Advisor within the automotive industry;
Experience with commercial vehicles is preferred;
You have experience with or a strong affinity for the business market;
You switch easily between B2B and B2C customers;
You are commercially driven and know how to recognize and exploit sales opportunities;
You are strong in negotiation;
You take initiative and tackle what is necessary;
You are communicatively skilled, customer-oriented, and flexible in your duties.
