Senior Infrastructure Modeller (Nieuwegein, Netherlands)

As a senior modeller, you make a significant contribution to smart, innovative solutions for WSP's leading infrastructure projects, while simultaneously actively transferring your knowledge and experience to less experienced colleagues.

As a senior modeller, you play a decisive role in designing civil structures in concrete and steel. You bring your technical expertise and actively pass it on to less experienced colleagues, so that the entire team can continue to grow and quality remains assured. You work together with colleagues and clients on a wide palette of projects: from straightforward and compact to technically challenging, from custom solutions to large-scale and iconic infrastructure. Think of projects such as the Oosterweel connection, PHS C11 Amsterdam Centraal, viA15, and tunnel alliances such as the underpasses at Maarsbergen. In this role, you often operate at the intersection of design and execution and experience firsthand how your designs become reality. You develop integral solutions that are technically sound, feasible, sustainable, and economically responsible—for both contractors and public clients.

As an experienced professional, you possess a solid technical foundation as well as the strategic insight to translate complex issues into smart, practical solutions. You design civil structures from sketch to construction design, doing so with both precision and oversight. Furthermore, you are proactive, have strong communication skills, and are eager to learn, actively continuing to develop yourself within the latest developments in the field. Moreover, you consciously transfer your knowledge and experience to less experienced colleagues, so that the team as a whole continues to grow.
