The role
As a Structural 3D Modeller, you are responsible for setting up, developing, and checking structural 3D models in Revit. Additionally, you create design and working drawings with all necessary details. You work independently, but always in consultation with the structural engineer and under the supervision of the project leader. Together with colleagues and external parties, you contribute to a strong and efficient structural design.
Your tasks:
• Preparing the structural Revit 3D model according to the BIM basis ILS or a custom BIM protocol, in various phases of the project.
• Technically coordinating and processing data provided by third parties into the structural model.
• Generating 2D drawings in various design stages.
• Investigating and analyzing technical issues and translating these into practical solutions.
Who are you?
You have strong communication skills and work well with structural engineers, project leaders, and external stakeholders. Additionally, you possess the following skills and qualities:
• A completed HBO degree in Civil Engineering. Do you have an MBO diploma and relevant work experience? Then we also invite you to apply.
• At least 5 years of experience as a BIM/Revit Modeller in commercial building, residential building, or industry and/or knowledge of Prefab
• Experience with setting up and managing families within the Revit system.
• Customer-oriented, professional, a true team player, and capable of thinking and acting multidisciplinarily.
• Experience with complex concrete and steel structures.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
