You are the leading engineer and/or 3D drafter within the BIM process and a specialist in building and expanding the (Revit) model. You provide the elementary information for the other disciplines involved and make use of BIM software tools. You create 3D visualizations with programs such as Enscape, translate the design into the model, link object data to elements, and create technically feasible drawings. During the design phase, you operate as the specialist working according to clear protocols. Additionally, you are responsible for the BIM model used by the design team; you guide them and ensure the quality of the model, and your way of working is anchored in the BIM model. Furthermore, AI is strongly under development at Tétris and we are open to experimenting with it. You will exchange knowledge and ideas with international colleagues throughout EMEA.

As a Senior BIM Modeller, you possess technical and analytical competencies and are able to organize and link information. You are creative and solution-oriented, while simultaneously being quality-oriented and disciplined. You are up to date with the most current developments in the field and are able to assess how to translate these into the operational context of the organization and the execution of the construction projects carried out under BIM. You have an HBO+ or WO (Higher Professional or Academic) working and thinking level, up-to-date knowledge in the fields of 3D modelling, BIM, and ICT, and specifically regarding open standards and object libraries.

• You have a completed degree in HBO or TU Civil Engineering/Architecture with an affinity for interiors;
  (or a similar degree);
• You have at least 5 years of work experience;
• You have knowledge of current laws and regulations regarding workplaces (ARBO and NEN), the Building Decree (Bouwbesluit), and fire safety;
• Experienced in working with REVIT;
• Strong communicator in your professional field;
• You speak and write the Dutch and English languages fluently.

Plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself as a modeller. Think of AutoDesk Forma, Revit BIM 360, Enscape, Dynamo, Open BIM and IFC, but we are also experimenting extensively with AI tools. Additionally, there are growth opportunities towards BIM Coordinator.

About Tétris
Tétris Design & Build is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JLL and is the European "Design & Build" specialist for office, retail, and hotel spaces. Tétris has various departments throughout Europe with whom we also work closely. The team consists of architects, designers, and project managers. Tetris Netherlands was founded in 2011 and has since built up a significant client base such as ROKU, SBM Offshore, Lóreal, Page GROUP, and Ayvens.
