Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking
- At least five years of experience as a financial controller, business controller, or senior controller within a medium or large organization.
- Experience with month-end closings and consolidation.
- Experience with the preparation of management reports, forecasting, and business analyses.
Nice to have
- Affinity with production environments is a plus.
- Experience with (BI) tooling is a plus.
- Good knowledge of modern ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Accurate, organized, and analytical mindset
- Communicatively skilled and proactive

- Salary from € 4,375 to € 6,350 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on knowledge and experience

The role
In the coming years, we are investing heavily in the professionalization of our financial processes, data-driven management, and the development of management information. In this development, you will play a key role and act as an important sparring partner for the Finance Manager and the management team.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the analysis and monitoring of balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow developments within multiple entities of the group.
- You translate financial and operational data into clear insights and management information that contribute to effective decision-making.
- You analyze deviations, identify the causes, and ensure structural improvements.
- Providing statutory data, realizing remittances, and reporting to external parties, such as CBS, the tax authorities, and the accountant.
- You identify financial risks and ensure structural improvements in processes and internal controls.
- Acting as a participant or leader of improvement projects.
- You act as a business partner for various departments and support management with financial and operational issues.
- You make an active contribution to investment issues, business cases, and strategic decision-making.
- The preparation, monitoring, and management of budgets as well as internal improvement projects.
- Developing scenarios and performing analyses on them.
You work within a close-knit and professional team and make a visible contribution to the quality and reliability of our administration.
