What you'll do

As a work preparer, you are the connecting factor and make an essential contribution to our projects. You manage the preparation of the project in terms of technology, feasibility, guaranteed quality, planning, budget, and regulations (structural and building physics). These are translated into technical descriptions and drawings. In this, you work closely with project management, planning preparation, and estimation. You see the opportunities and perform the risk analysis. Additionally, you consult with the client, developer, and design partners, and of course, the execution team to make decisions necessary for a smooth process.
