You are the link between the customer, technology, and execution. You work closely with a customer team consisting of a customer manager, work preparer, and technicians, and you ensure that everything surrounding service and maintenance activities runs smoothly. No two days are the same, and you maintain an overview, even when it is busy.

In short, this is what you will be doing, among other things:

• You manage the planning of service and maintenance activities;

• You support technicians with technical questions and instructions;

• You draw up work instructions and determine the required time and materials;

• You order and plan materials, equipment, and potentially rentals;

• You maintain contact with customers and schedule appointments;

• You create work orders and ensure correct administration;

• You support or replace the service coordinator during their absence.

• You have an affinity for technology, preferably within installation technology;

• You have completed an MBO education (level 2, 3, or 4) in a technical field;

• You preferably have experience in service and maintenance;

• You work accurately, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview;

• You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented;

• You can switch tasks well and remain calm under pressure.
