Your qualities
You are someone who can clearly transfer knowledge and insight. You are strong communicatively, which allows you to give clear directions and instructions. You are creative in searching for potential solutions and always have an eye for safety. You are honest and proactive.

Furthermore, you possess:

MBO thinking and working level (all-round civil engineering craftsman level 3);
You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience;
You are independent, proactive, and possess problem-solving abilities;
Driving license B (E is a plus).

What you'll do

Your job
Within this position, you are responsible for the daily course of affairs on our versatile projects. As a foreman, you are the connecting/leading link between the employees. You will work both independently and in a team to execute the tasks indicated by the site manager. Additionally, you are co-responsible for maintaining a safe working environment. You motivate, monitor, and stimulate your colleagues, thereby ensuring optimal effort and involvement.

Your region
KWS Infra Zwolle-Leek branch realizes small and large infrastructure projects from design to execution and maintenance in the provinces of Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Flevoland, and in the northern part of the province of Gelderland. Independently as a branch or together with other parts within KWS or VolkerWessels. The types of projects are versatile, such as road construction, hydraulic engineering, earthmoving, contributing to the construction of data centers and wind farms, or maintenance of infra objects.
