Track Foreman

Do you want to make the most beautiful projects and track maintenance a success together with your crew? Then we are looking for you as a Track Foreman at VolkerRail!

• You are responsible for replacing rails, switch components, sleepers, and level crossing structures;

• You provide functional and technical leadership to a crew of technicians;

• You coordinate the work package with the work preparation department;

• You manage the preparation of the work for the crew members;

• You carry out your activities within the pre-established schedule and also monitor the progress of the crew as a whole;

• During the activities, you manage and coordinate the mutual communication within the crew;

• You manage the associated documentation;

• You assess the workplace for safety and take appropriate measures to guarantee safety. You follow the applicable company and safety regulations when performing the activities. In this regard, you serve as a role model.

What do we offer you? ·

• A one-year contract with the intention to extend to an indefinite period;

• A salary of € 3,165 to € 4,400 per month. This is paid 13 times per year based on 4 weeks;
