High Voltage Foreman

The projects you work on are in the North East Netherlands region, and have a duration ranging from a few months to several years.

On the construction site, you maintain the overview. You are the point of contact for colleagues and external partners and ensure that cooperation on the construction site runs smoothly. You coordinate with the various parties present and align the activities. Is something going differently than planned? Then you, together with your team, solve it.

Practically, you will be busy with the following:

• Creating and monitoring a safe working environment;
• Coordinating the work on the construction site;
• Leading the team and ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere;
• Maintaining an overview of planning, progress, and quality;
• Identifying and solving bottlenecks;
• Aligning with the site manager, project management, and other parties.
