What we're looking for

  • You have at least an MBO education in a technical field.

  • Or you have risen through the ranks in practice and can demonstrate that you can handle the tasks of a site manager.

  • You have experience in a similar position, preferably in road construction.

  • You have knowledge of contract forms such as RAW. Knowledge of Design & Construct is a plus.

  • You communicate easily with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • You show courage, entrepreneurship, and think creatively and solution-oriented.

What you'll get

  • Salary: A salary range from medior to senior/head site manager between €4,478.- and €6,551.- gross per 4 weeks.

  • Always on the road: You will receive a company car, plus a laptop and phone.

Are you a true organizer with a passion for road construction? At KWS Infra Eindhoven, we are looking for a Site Manager who will lead the execution of our projects from start to finish. Together with your team, partners, and the surrounding environment, you will ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality realization.

What you'll do

As a Site Manager, you are the driving force behind our infrastructure projects. Your daily activities involve managing your execution team, monitoring progress, and achieving a high-quality end result within schedule and budget.

  • Preparatory and proactive: You contribute to the preparation and take initiative regarding safety and working methods.

  • Management and coordination: You manage colleagues, subcontractors, and partners and ensure good cooperation on the construction site.

  • Quality and planning: You monitor the progress, quality, and planning of the project and adjust where necessary.

  • Materials and resources: You ensure everything is present to perform the work well - from equipment to motivation.

  • Environmental awareness: You take the surroundings into account and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
