The role

As a senior Electrical Engineering Operations Supervisor Maintenance & Management, you ensure that maintenance, modifications, and fault handling on our electrical assets run smoothly and safely. You coordinate activities, liaise with technicians, engineers, and the customer, and coordinate with stakeholders such as Schiphol. You maintain oversight in an environment where reliability and punctuality are crucial. In this way, you safeguard the technical state and continuity of the installations on and around the airport area.

What will you do?

Coordinate and direct maintenance activities within your scope of assets
Guide modifications from assessment through to execution and delivery
Analyze and monitor faults, together with technicians, engineers, and the customer
Plan, prepare, and inspect activities according to safety and quality requirements
Coordinate with stakeholders such as Schiphol, subcontractors, and colleagues within Vialis
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance and the technical state of installations
Direct fault solutions within your asset domain
Maintain oversight in an environment where safety, reliability, and punctuality are central

€3,800 - €5,900 gross per month based on full-time

What do you bring?

A completed MBO or HBO education in Electrical Engineering or similar
Experience in a management and maintenance environment (infrastructure technology, utilities, or industry)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate activities
Knowledge of technical documentation, maintenance plans, and fault analysis
You feel comfortable in contact with customers and the team and are a strong communicator
You enjoy working in an environment with high safety standards
