At SMIT Elektrotechniek, you will work with approximately 135 colleagues on multidisciplinary projects in electrical engineering and security technology. We realize new construction projects in residential housing in the Randstad and work for housing corporations and healthcare institutions.

You will join an organization with extensive professional knowledge, short lines of communication, and colleagues who help each other further. At SMIT, you will get the freedom to organize your projects in your own way and take responsibility for the result.

As Project Leader Electrical Engineering, you are responsible for the smooth running of your projects. From planning and preparation to execution and delivery.

• Managing electrical engineering projects in residential and commercial construction

• Guiding projects from planning and preparation through to delivery

• Managing and guiding technicians, subcontractors, and temporary staff

• Monitoring planning, quality, safety, and budget

• Maintaining contact with clients, contractors, and suppliers

• Assessing and handling extra and reduced work

• Adjusting course when necessary and ensuring everyone knows what needs to be done

• Maintaining the technical and organizational overview and providing direction to the project
