The role

Are you ready to give your career a flying start and discover what you are truly good at? During our traineeship of approximately 1.5 years, you will work on real projects within various disciplines, from Estimation to Project Management and Execution, allowing you to build a broad foundation and get to know your talents. With the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will develop yourself into a professional who is ready for a future in a role that matches your ambitions.

What you'll do

What are you going to do?
As a trainee, you will get the chance to experience the full breadth of our company and the space to discover where your talents lie. Over a period of approximately 1.5 years, you will go through a program that takes you through various departments. Think of BIM, Estimation, Business Office, Buyer Support, Project Management, and Work Preparation/Execution. It is not just about getting to know the different departments; real expectations are placed on you as well. After a short introduction to the subject matter and the colleagues, you will get to work and become part of the team of colleagues in that department. Because you immediately participate in the various projects, you will learn a lot from all departments during your traineeship.

How you'll work

During the duration of the traineeship, you can brainstorm with your buddy and will be guided by our experienced employees. Interim evaluations closely monitor your development and provide feedback to adjust course if necessary. At the end of the program, you will continue your career within one of our departments in a role that matches your ambition and our business objectives.

What do we expect from you?

To be eligible for the traineeship at Boele & van Eesteren, you have the following background:

A completed architectural/civil engineering education at least at HBO level,
you want to make an impact on the construction process of (the) near future,
you are flexible and socially skilled,
you are used to taking initiative.
