What you'll do

During the traineeship at Strukton Milieutechniek, you will get the freedom to compose your own trajectory. You can choose to work with all departments - Project Office, Realization & Maintenance - but you can also make a combination of different departments or focus entirely on one department that appeals to you most.

Every trainee will work as a work preparer for three months to master the basics. In addition, you will choose an innovation project that you actively contribute to, so that you make an immediate impact. To further stimulate your personal and professional development, you will follow a training of your choice every month, matching your interests and ambitions. This way, you compose your traineeship exactly as you want!
