Tender Manager

You fulfill a key role in the tender process and:

• Determine the tender strategy together with the team

• Assemble the tender team and manage them both substantively and procedurally

• Coordinate the preparation of MEAT/Best Price Best Quality plans

• Monitor planning, quality, and coherence within the bid

• Conduct dialogue meetings with clients and partners

• Act as an important point of contact during the tender phase

You work closely with designers, cost experts, environmental specialists, and project managers, ensuring that all disciplines come together in a convincing proposal.

As a Tender Manager, you are responsible for organizing and managing tenders up to approximately €20 million in North Holland and Utrecht. From our office in Diemen, you will work on engaging projects such as:

• Public transport hubs (OV-knooppunt Haarlem Nieuw-Zuid)

• Large pumping stations (gemaal Oostoever)

• Movable bridges (Cruquiusbrug)

The common denominator in our projects: complex technology, a dynamic environment, and high ambitions regarding sustainability and quality.

You already have a solid foundation as a Tender Manager or in a comparable role within the infrastructure or construction sector. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in:

• Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience with tenders or project preparation

• Knowledge of UAV-GC, construction teams, or other modern contract forms

• A sense for commerce, strategy, and risk management

• An eye for the environment, sustainability, and collaboration

• A structured way of working and comfortable with deadlines

• You take responsibility, dare to make choices, and know how to engage people
