The role

Are you an experienced residential construction foreman who gets energy from complex projects?

We have construction projects throughout the country. For the Rotterdam area, Sliedrecht, Leerdam, we are looking for foremen. Foremen who know how things work on the construction site and who independently ensure the successful delivery of the project.

We build 2D element construction and 3D modular construction. This requires a foreman who is not only strong in planning, quality, and safety, but also proactively communicates between the client, subcontractors, and the project team.

What you'll do

Soft on relationships but clear about what needs to happen;
Independently managing a larger construction site;
Creating schedules and organizing activities in a structured and efficient manner;
Experience in coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously;
You have relevant work experience in construction, preferably in supervising larger projects.
