As a Wellpoint Dewatering Project Leader at Van Kessel Bronbemaling, you are responsible for the successful realization of diverse dewatering projects. From our branch in Buren, you will primarily work on projects in the southern half of the Netherlands, ranging from relatively compact dewatering to complex infrastructural projects with major technical and organizational challenges.
You will receive a great deal of freedom to organize your projects yourself, communicate directly with clients, and manage quality, planning, safety, and financial results. In doing so, you will work together with experienced site managers, work preparers, and specialists within an organization that has held a strong position in the wellpoint dewatering market for many years.
As a Wellpoint Dewatering Project Leader, you are responsible for your projects from preparation through to completion. You ensure that technology, execution, planning, and finances align well and maintain oversight throughout the entire process.
You are the first point of contact for the client and know exactly what is happening on a project. Together with the work preparation and execution teams, you determine the right approach, monitor progress and results, and adjust where necessary. You also look beyond just the ongoing project: you identify commercial opportunities, build sustainable customer relationships, and contribute to the further development of Van Kessel Bronbemaling.
What you will concretely do:
You lead multiple wellpoint dewatering projects from preparation to delivery;
You manage site managers and project teams and monitor planning, quality, safety, and finances;
You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders;
You monitor budgets, forecasts, extra and reduced work, and the financial results of projects;
You identify commercial opportunities and contribute to follow-up orders and new projects.
You work from Buren, where you are part of a driven team with extensive specialist knowledge. From Buren, we primarily work in the southern half of the Netherlands. As a result, you will regularly be present at project locations and maintain close contact with the execution.
You are a project leader who maintains oversight, takes responsibility, and switches easily between technology, people, and results. You know how to engage a project team, dare to make decisions, and communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues.
As a Wellpoint Dewatering Project Leader, do you want to take responsibility for challenging projects and continue building the strong position of Van Kessel Bronbemaling together with us?
