Project Leader

• The salary for this position is between €5,639 and €7,049 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra);

• 30 vacation days with the possibility to purchase up to a maximum of 13 additional days or have them paid out.

Due to the strong increase in projects, we are looking for project leaders at various levels. Depending on your experience, expertise, and place of residence, we will, in good consultation, select a suitable and challenging project, with a scope ranging from €50 to well over €100 million. As a project leader within Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten, you will guide multidisciplinary integral projects. As a project leader, you lead an integral (sub)project in execution within the set constraints regarding the deployment of people, time, money, quality, and safety. Additionally, you consult with the client at a tactical level to ensure that the projects meet the expectations and needs of all parties involved. You guide the employees of the project team, coordinate their activities, and contribute to efficient collaboration. Furthermore, you ensure the creation of work preparation plans, such as health & safety plans, work plans, and action plans, and you draw up work budgets and schedules.

You monitor the realization and participate in construction meetings. Additionally, you are responsible for the financial settlement of projects with the client and maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders. You are also active in acquiring new assignments. Our projects are located in the mobility, replacement & renovation, water, and energy markets, with a scope ranging from 20 to more than 100 million euros.

• A completed HBO degree in Civil Engineering;

• Relevant work experience as a project leader of integral projects;

• Knowledge of contract forms and management.
