Production Worker myCUBY

At myCUBY, we build prefab bathrooms that go to the construction site fully assembled. No working at varying construction sites, but a fixed workplace in our modern production facility in Rijssen. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every bathroom leaves the factory complete and ready for use. The position focuses on assembly work within the production of prefab bathrooms and toilets.

You will participate in the assembly of complete prefab bathrooms. This includes:

• Assembling walls and structures.

• Installing drains and piping.

• Assembling sanitaryware such as toilets, washbasins, and faucets.

• Installing shower walls and glassware.

• Performing quality controls.

• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a high-quality end product.

• Technical insight and two right hands.

• Affinity with assembly or production work.

• You work accurately and with a focus on quality.

• You are motivated to learn new skills.

• Experience in construction, assembly, or installation technology is a plus, but not a must.

• A varied position where you work on a complete end product.

• Fixed working hours in day shifts.

• 32 vacation days (for full-time employment).

• Good pension scheme according to the CAO Timmerindustrie.

• Opportunities to further develop yourself and follow training courses.

• Working in a modern, clean, and safe production environment.

• A job within De Mors and VolkerWessels with a view to a permanent future.

At myCUBY, you don't build just one part, but a complete bathroom. Because of this, the work is varied and you see the direct result of what you have made every day. You work together with a fixed team at one location and contribute to an innovative prefab product that is used throughout the Netherlands.

myCUBY is part of De Mors in Rijssen. With a team of professionals, we produce high-quality prefab bathrooms that are transported to the construction site fully assembled. De Mors is part of VolkerWessels, one of the largest construction and infrastructure groups in the Netherlands. As a result, we combine the down-to-earth atmosphere of a medium-sized company with the security, stability, and development opportunities of a large organization.
