You have LBO/MBO work and thinking level in the direction of logistics or technology. You feel responsible for your work and you are a real go-getter. Flexibility and collaboration are not unfamiliar words to you. To perform your activities as well as possible, you possess good communication and computer skills. You can manage well with the Dutch language. Additionally, knowledge of the German and/or English language is preferred.

What will your activities look like?
In the position of Operations Assistant, you are the person who independently starts up the milling process and adjusts it where necessary. You perform various activities within production. You can think of entering products into the system and checking recipes. Additionally, various technical activities are expected of you, such as fixing small malfunctions, checking the technical state of our installations, and performing simple preventive maintenance on these installations. In collaboration with the Laboratory Technician, you check the quality of the product samples. To ensure all activities within Production run smoothly, you communicate extensively with the Bindmiddelen Lab. Additionally, you support activities at the weighbridge. This includes weighing loads and trucks, directing trucks to the correct silos for loading and unloading, and checking the paperwork of the product that has been loaded or unloaded.
