An independent, broad position for 32 to 40 hours per week with a lot of responsibility within a professional HR team. As an HR Officer, you carry out and coordinate HR administration, improve our processes, and are an indispensable link in our HR team. Does this appeal to you? Then we are looking for you!

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for all administrative HR processes and their execution. This includes personnel administration, onboarding and offboarding employees, and processing changes. You are the point of contact for employees and managers regarding questions about the collective labor agreement (CAO) and employment condition regulations. You prepare HR reports and management information regarding absenteeism, turnover, and staffing levels. You are critical of the processes in AFAS and make proposals for improvements. You make a constructive contribution to (improvement) projects and document changes or new processes in procedures and work instructions.
