HR Officer

The organization

This organization develops and builds real estate that touches people, together with clients and partners. The modern head office is located in the beautiful Rotterdam.

Your role
As HR Officer, you are an indispensable link within the HR team. You support the administrative processes and work closely with your HR colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the point of contact for employees and managers and ensure:

• The drafting of employment contracts and legal documents.

• The processing of personnel changes and administration.

• The arranging of onboarding and offboarding processes.

• The management of leave registration and sick leave notifications.

• Support in recruitment & selection.

• Coordination of internships.

• MBO+/HBO thinking level with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of Dutch labor law.

• Decisive, integer, and structured way of working.

The team
We are a team of 5 HR business partners, an HR project advisor, and a Payroll Specialist. Due to the upcoming departure of one of our colleagues, we are looking for a new colleague who will find joy in the HR officer tasks. We are a team that fixes things together, where there is humor, and where we work hard together to arrange everything well for our colleagues.
