MEAT Strategist

As a MEAT Strategist, you provide direction to our tender strategy and work on winning MEAT plans for infrastructural projects. You fathom the client's requirements and, together with the tender team, translate solutions into a distinctive, integral approach. You analyze design, execution, and price, and lead review sessions and training.

• Provide strategic direction to Account and Tender Management

• Work towards winning bids on infrastructural projects

• Fathom the client's requirements and translate them into an integral tender strategy

• Actively contribute to the development and application of MEAT management in tenders

• Translate (technical) solutions together with the tender manager into distinctive MEAT plans

• Analyze design, execution, MEAT, and price as the basis for the MEAT strategy

• Guide the tender team and coordinate reviews of MEAT plans

• Lead training sessions, tender startups, MEAT reviews, and MEAT dissection sessions

• Participate in client consultations and ensure clear presentation materials

• €5770 - €7400 gross per month based on full-time

• Electric lease car for business and private use

• A HBO or WO degree in a technical or economic field

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in tender processes

• Creative and analytical, with persuasiveness

• Entrepreneurial and a winner

• Able to work well independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Affinity with infrastructure is a plus
