What we're looking for
We are looking for a curious and analytical business administration or technical student who gets energy from improving processes and solving problems. You have a strong affinity with service processes, planning, data analysis, and emerging technologies such as AI, and you find it interesting to discover how we can use these more smartly. In addition, you do not wait around, but take initiative yourself and enjoy taking on a project independently from start to finish.
Because you are active within the entire aftersales chain, you communicate easily with various colleagues, from Helpdesk and Planning to Fieldservice and Backoffice. You can convey your ideas clearly, work in a structured manner, and know how to bring others along with improvements. Naturally, you are also proficient with computers and can work well with, for example, Excel and other data tools.

What you'll get
Do you fit the profile of our ideal candidate? Then we naturally have something to offer you too! Namely, a versatile job alongside your dual or part-time studies, in a pleasant working environment where you are seen as a full member of the team and where there is plenty of room to carry out study assignments: we find the balance between study and work just as important as you do. Moreover, we have a lot of experience working with part-time students. We value initiative and give you the freedom to contribute your own ideas alongside your regular tasks.
In short...
- An educational job for 24 hours per week alongside your studies
- We reward you with a salary between 3190 and 3304 euros gross per month (based on full-time) depending on, among other things, relevant experience;
- You receive (based on a full-time work week) 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year;
- You participate in our bonus scheme;
- You can make use of, among other things, our sports scheme and staff discount
- You will be provided with a laptop
- A contract for the duration of your studies
The role
You will be working within our dynamic Aftersales organization, a chain where everything revolves around maximum customer and installer satisfaction through efficient technical support and razor-sharp planning. Our department consists of four closely cooperating links:
Within our aftersales chain, from Helpdesk and Planning to Fieldservice and Backoffice, lies a wealth of data and we work with advanced planning software. The introduction of AI applications is also high on the agenda. As a dual student, you will be right in the middle of this development and will work on a project basis to optimize our processes.
With a fresh, analytical eye, you will map out administrative and operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and initiate and guide improvement projects. In doing so, you will investigate how we can effectively use data, smart tools, and AI. The goal: a Helpdesk that can provide answers faster, more efficient planning, a Fieldservice that succeeds more often in one go, and a Backoffice that can share knowledge faster and better within the organization.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Chain-wide process optimization: You analyze the processes between Helpdesk, Planning, Fieldservice, and Backoffice and work on improvements that strengthen flow and collaboration.
- AI, data, and tooling: You develop and research (AI-driven) concepts and tools that increase the self-reliance of the first line and field service and accelerate knowledge transfer from the Backoffice.
- Planning optimization: You work on the integration of commercial and regular planning and contribute to the further development of our scheduling tools to increase efficiency.
- Standardization: You help to standardize processes and thus safeguard the quality of our services, matching our rapidly growing product portfolio.
Bedrijfsomschrijving
- Helpdesk (1st line): Focuses on directly and professionally answering technical questions from installers in the field.
- Planning: Ensures the most efficient and optimal possible deployment of our resources and routes.
- Fieldservice: Strives for a maximum first-time-fix (solving the problem at the customer directly in one visit).
- Technical Backoffice (2nd line): Acts as the ultimate knowledge hub for complex files and aims to continuously make both the Helpdesk and the Fieldservice more self-reliant through knowledge transfer.
