EMVI coordinator

• Experience with EMVI, tenders, or qualitative procurement within the infra, construction, or maintenance sector.

• The salary for this position is between €5,005.37 and €6,256.71 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

Dura Vermeer Assetmanagement is looking for an EMVI coordinator who will take our tenders to a higher level. Do you have experience in writing EMVI plans and coordinating the EMVI process, and can you think strategically about the best solutions for our clients? Then this position is for you!

You will work on tenders for challenging maintenance and asset management projects for clients such as Rijkswaterstaat, provinces, and municipalities. Think of large-scale asphalt maintenance, performance contracts, variable maintenance of bridges, viaducts, and other structures, ice control, and data-driven maintenance of public spaces. Together with the tender manager, project teams, and technical specialists, you will translate the client's wishes into a distinctive EMVI plan that not only scores on quality but also shows where Dura Vermeer makes the difference.

You analyze tender documents, clearly map out opportunities, risks, and client needs, and organize inspiring work sessions to gather the right knowledge from the organization. You connect colleagues from operations, engineering, and business management and translate their expertise into a convincing, well-substantiated story. In doing so, you safeguard the quality and coherence of the tender and challenge the team to constantly come up with the best solution.

As an EMVI coordinator, you are the director of the qualitative part of the tender. You know how to translate technical content into a story that touches clients, is distinctive, and aligns with their ambitions. Thanks to your organizational talent, creativity, and strong communication skills, you increase the chance that we not only submit a bid but also win.
