What you'll do

What will you do?

In one sentence: you work your magic with the production machines and make tires or other products that we supply. As an operator, you are responsible for the independent operation of the machine, the production process, inspection of the products for quality, and performing (preventive) maintenance. You personally enjoy optimizing the production process and find it important to report to the Team Leader.

Despite the practical part

Despite the practical part, there is also some administration involved, for example during the daily rounds. You do not mind providing input to the technical service, quality service, and production management regarding daily matters.
