As an EMVI specialist, you are the connecting link between technology and language. You immerse yourself in projects, analyze client questions, and translate technical information into clear and persuasive plans. And you don't do this from the sidelines: you work closely with the tender team and project team consisting of subject matter experts. Together, you determine the strategy, sharpen the positioning, and ensure that every submission hits the mark. Furthermore, your work consists of, among other things:

• Organizing brainstorming sessions and gathering information from specialist colleagues to subsequently bring this together in the EMVI plan

• Writing clear and stimulating texts that appeal to the client's assessment team

• Guarding the quality, consistency, and persuasiveness of the submission

• Sparring with the tender team about the right approach and positioning

Due to the diversity of projects, no two days are the same. You meet new people, work closely with other disciplines and learn from them, and face a new challenge every time.

You are part of EMVI@VHB. This specialist group works for various business units, meaning you are involved in diverse projects and collaborate with various colleagues. That makes the work challenging and varied.

• A gross monthly salary (based on 40 hours) of € 3,900 to € 5,700 - based on your background and experience

• A position for 24 to 40 hours per week

• A sustainable employability budget that we pay out monthly. This is 2.3% of your monthly salary

You already have demonstrable experience with tenders and writing EMVI texts or tender documents. Preferably in construction or infrastructure. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in:

• You have a very good command of the Dutch language and have experience in writing, analyzing, and structuring complex information

• You are curious and strong in communication, and know how to quickly grasp the core of complex (technical) issues

• You have an entrepreneurial and creative spirit; you see opportunities, contribute ideas, and take initiative

• You enjoy working in a team, but can also work well independently
