MEAT Coordinator

For this position of MEAT Coordinator, we are looking for someone with:

• HBO or WO working and thinking level (preferably technical)
• At least 5 years of experience with MEAT products
• Knowledge of civil or infrastructural tenders is a plus
• Knowledge of modern contract forms (such as UAV-GC) and assessment systems
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Excellent written and communicative skills
• A proactive, customer-oriented, and result-oriented attitude
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• A good salary between € 5,500.- and € 7,500.- per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.

Are you an experienced MEAT coordinator and do you want to work on complex tenders within road construction and civil concrete projects in the Netherlands?

At Strukton Civiel, you will get a key role in developing winning MEAT and quality plans for tenders in the fields of pavements, bridges, viaducts, and integral infrastructure projects.

In this strategic role, you are responsible for devising, writing, and coordinating MEAT plans with a maximum score. You analyze tender documents, award criteria, and client requirements and translate these into a distinctive tender strategy that is both convincing and feasible.

You will work from one of our locations in the Netherlands, (also hybrid from home) and in close cooperation with tender managers, project teams, and technical specialists within road construction and concrete structures.

Strukton Civiel specializes in the development and realization of complex infra projects within:

• Road construction and pavements (asphalt and concrete)
• Bridges, viaducts, and other civil engineering structures
• Renovation and replacement of civil infrastructure
• Integral projects in public spaces
