• An attractive salary: between €5,190 and €7,349, depending on experience and knowledge.

As QESH Manager, you are an important link within the Plant MT in Bodegraven. Together with your team, consisting of a QA team, a QC team, a process technologist, a packaging technologist, and a SHE Advisor, you ensure the execution, assurance, and further development of all QESH processes.

You are responsible for the safety and quality system and know better than anyone how to bring this to life in practice. You build a strong safety and quality culture in which everyone takes responsibility: from the shop floor to management. And you see that reflected in the results!

• Shaping the QESH policy and the QESH vision within the Bodegraven plant, in collaboration with Refresco Benelux.
• Drafting, monitoring, and realizing a plant-wide QESH multi-year plan, including budget and KPIs.
• Drafting and implementing a multi-year safety policy.
• Fulfilling a pioneering role within the increasingly important sustainability theme (ESG).
• Coaching, motivating, and developing your team.
• Anchoring knowledge and skills within the team and the organization.
• Performing and overseeing the performance of risk analyses in the areas of quality, occupational health and safety, and environment.
• Safeguarding our certifications by organizing internal audits, verifications, and reviews, and successfully guiding external audits.
• Guiding technological adjustments and the introduction of new products, including monitoring MOC guidelines.
• Maintaining constructive customer relationships and acting proactively regarding quality issues.
