Maintenance Coordinator

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you are responsible for managing, optimizing, and monitoring maintenance processes within the East region. You are an important link between the client ProRail, the contract team, and the execution. Technical issues, analyses, and maintenance data come in through your department, and you ensure that these are handled and followed up on in a structured manner.

You monitor the progress of maintenance plans, collect relevant information, and provide reports for both internal stakeholders and the client. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues within various disciplines. This versatile position offers you an excellent foundation to further develop yourself within the world of asset management and rail infra.

Within your role, you will be involved in, among other things:

• Monitoring the progress of inspection and maintenance plans and supporting the timely execution of activities;
• Following up on and assessing repair work resulting from analyses, measurements, and inspections;
• Collecting, processing, and reporting maintenance data to the client ProRail;
• Monitoring projects within the East region and identifying consequences for the maintenance program;
• Supporting technical analyses and proposing improvement suggestions;
• Managing and optimizing maintenance processes within the contract;
• Acting as a point of contact for users of the inspection tool Assetcheck;
• Contributing to a reliable, safe, and efficient rail infrastructure.

• A salary between € 3,380 and € 5,000 gross per month, depending on your education and experience;
• A position for 40 hours per week;

• A completed HBO degree in a technical or business administration direction, such as Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering;
• Work experience is not required; we also warmly invite starters to apply;
