The role

Do you love challenging and complex construction projects where no two days are the same? As a Non-Residential Construction Site Manager in the Eindhoven region, you are the one who organizes the work, leads the team, and ensures the construction site runs smoothly.

What you'll do

As a Site Manager, you are the face of the construction site. You ensure that the work runs like clockwork and are daily engaged in organizing, coordinating, and supervising the execution. You work on challenging non-residential projects such as offices, educational buildings, healthcare real estate, and high-tech work environments that contribute to the growth of the Brainport region.

You work closely with project management, work preparation, and construction partners and know exactly what is needed to realize a project successfully. Does something go differently than planned? Then you switch gears quickly and translate challenges into smart and practical solutions.

Naturally, you have a great passion for construction, but just as important to you is creating a strong team. With your coaching approach, you know how to motivate colleagues and partners to deliver quality together and achieve objectives. In this way, you work not only on buildings, but also on a team that people are proud to be part of.

Together, you ensure projects that users, clients, and colleagues alike are proud of.

This is what you bring

  • You are strong at maintaining an overview, communicate easily with colleagues and construction partners, and keep a sharp eye on progress.

  • Experience with BIM is a plus.

These requirements show the direction of the profile we are looking for in this position. Should you not recognize yourself in all the requirements, but you do think this is the position for you? Then we would love to have a conversation with you.
